The Faculty:

Prashant Ahir, General Manager-HR, TATA Motors

Prashant Ahir, General Manager-HR, with Tata Motors. Currently heading HR of Commercial Vehicle Business Unit and is in charge of Administration, Training & Development, Industrial Relations, Manpower Planning, Community Development & CSR Activities, Communication Department and Legal.
He has around 21 years of rich work experience in the field of Human Resources, and has had stints with firms like Godrej Soaps, Proctor & Gamble, Reliance & Thermax Ltd.
He has done his Civil Engineering from VJTI Mumbai and has done his Post Graduate Diploma in Management with OB as a major from IIM Ahmadabad.
Prashant is a certified counselor from Xaviers Institute of Counseling and a member of the CII Task Force on Skill Building. He is also the Head of Industry- Management Council for ITI Aundh.
His other accomplishments with TATA Motors include:
• Tata Motors – Pune has received Golden Peacock Award for Training
• Tata Motors Pune received the SAIL HR Excellence Award on 9th July, 2009.
Prashant’s hobbies include reading, translating, acting and writing plays 

Yogesh Patgaonkar, Vice President - Talent Management , RPG Enterprises

Yogesh holds a Masters Degree in Management from University of Mumbai with Specialization in HR.
Yogesh has been associated with the Industry for past over 16 years and currently with the RPG Group as Vice President Talent Management. RPG Group is one of the Leading Indian Business Conglomerates representing 8 business Sectors with a revenue of over Rs 15000 Cr. Yogesh has been associated with the Group since 2003 in various capacities. He joined the RPG Group as Global Head of HR for Zensar Technologies and then moved on to head Profit Centre for India, Middle, East and Africa business for Zensar prior to the current Assignment.
Prior to the RPG stint Yogesh worked as Regional Head of HR for Mphasis BFL and as an entrepreneur.
Amongst other interests he has been associated with students and professionals over the years in the field of career management
